  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

Vital Forge ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout or contacted after your order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

From time to time, Vital Forge may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
